We have taken precautions in our store in line with local health authority and government guidelines to protect our customers and employees. We provide same day or next day delivery within Kuwait.

The Terms & Conditions stated below are taken directly from the Ministry of Commerce Law No. (324). Exchange & Return of sold goods to customers will be accepted when the below terms are fulfilled: 1. Exchange & Refund must be within 24 hours only from the date of purchase. 2. The Refund amount will be returned in the same payment method.
Take care to protect your jewelry from impact against hard surfaces and avoid contact with abrasive surfaces. Gemstones can scratch other gemstones and wear away at precious metals. Therefore, avoid stacking those rings and bracelets that would be vulnerable to such abrasion. Extreme temperatures, perfumes, cosmetics, ultrasonic cleaning and household chemicals can also damage jewelry.
We at Yara Jewelry will be more than happy to help you have your jewelry and watch checked and repaired at our local jewelry workshop and certified watch service center.
The cost to repair a Yara Jewelry product varies and is determined after an assessment is made by one of our repair professionals. Repair pricing varies based on the type of product, material and/or gemstone.

All online purchases arrive in the signature Yara Jewelry Blue Box, tied with a blue satin ribbon. At the checkout process you will have the option of writing a gift message for each item in your order which will arrive with your gift package, enclosed in a white envelope. If you choose not to write a gift message, one blank card per recipient will be included in your order.
